I felt an immediate sense of relief whilst reading “Happy You, Happy Family.” Here is someone who loves her family, like I do, and who struggles, like I do. Following the Master List suggestion, in Chapter 3, has already cleared so much stuff out of my head, so now I really hear what my children and husband are telling me.
